But good things cannot last forever, and even though the digital stores are still active, Sony is making some rather large changes to them later this month. In a message over on the UK PlayStation support site, Sony noted that as of October 27, customers will no longer be able to use a credit/debit card or PayPal to buy digital products or top up their digital wallets for use on PS3 and Vita....

That’s according to a graph included with the firm’s latest Business Segment Briefing, which suggests that by 2025, 50% of its titles will be available for PS5, 30% for PC, and 20% on mobile. You read that correctly. The original Star Wars Battlefront game from 2004 was updated today, May 1, 2020, and afforded a fully-functioning online multiplayer server. Steam’s 2020 data shows that the PC gaming platform has come out on top compared to both the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live when it comes to monthly active users. Coming to Switch on October 5, Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania is a remaster of the original three Super Monkey Ball games. It is also coming to Steam for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. It features over 300 re-created levels and mazes, 12 minigames and the cast of characters make their return (AiAi, MeeMee, GonGon, Baby, YanYan, and Doctor).
